We do not process sensitive information.

Personal Data We Obtain From Third Parties

Single Sign-On – If you sign up through Google, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your email address and Google account ID. This information is collected by Google and is provided to us under the terms of Google's privacy policy.

Payment Processing – Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers to manage your billing.

How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your personal data to:

• Operate and maintain your DesignCat account and provide you with access to the Services. Your email address and password are used to identify you when you log in.
• Process your prompts and uploaded content through third-party AI model providers (including FAL, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) to generate content.
• Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
• Respond to any comment or enquiry you have submitted.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.

How We Share Your Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to external parties.

Third-Party Service Providers – We share data with service providers necessary to operate the Services: Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), Amazon Web Services (infrastructure and file storage), and AI model providers (content generation).

Compliance with Laws – We may disclose your personal data to courts, law enforcement agencies, and governmental authorities to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, property or safety of DesignCat and its users.

DesignCat maintains appropriate technical and administrative safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal data we collect or store.
